This is a reproduction of Troy Caperton's "Compassion" of 2006. This is an effort to depict the compassion that a companion can have for his beloved. For all the ages of man there have been men who, for whatever reason, have preferred the particular intimate friendship that is only available between men. This is an effort to capture some of that glory. The original painting is an oil on canvas measuring 16 x 20 inches and is mounted on wooden bars.
